OUR BIDDING PROCESS
Know what you are getting. After visiting your residence and reviewing your information we will provide a bid package. Along with the installation contract, our estimate includes a drawing of your “Custom Designed” system. Your map will detail the placement, coverage, quantity, and type of Rainbird components we will be using.
OUR INSTALLATION PROCESS
We purchase all necessary permits, arrange the required inspections and have the utilities located prior to the installation date. An installation supervisor will meet with you to review the layout and address any question you may
have. Using a vibratory plow, to minimize damage to grass and soil displacement, our team will begin the installation process. The crew will normally complete the installation by the end of the day. When you are ready, a representative will meet you to demonstrate the various aspects of the system, assist you in programming the controller and answer any questions you may have.
AFTER THE INSTALLATION
Once the landscaping is complete, Rain Link will return to confirm that the coverage is correct, check the controller program and address any questions you may have. During the first year of operation* Rain Link, Inc. will provide the required maintenance for your system at no charge. The required irrigation system maintenance includes a fall shut down (sprinkler system winterization) and a spring start up.
*If the system is installed during the winter and shut down immediately, the “first year of operation” would begin when the system is turned on in the spring. The warranty and maintenance program would also be extended to the same date.
