Rain Link, Inc. has created this policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to our customers.  This policy governs the manner in which Rain Link, Inc. uses, maintains and discloses information collected from its customers. 

Rain Link, Inc. is committed to developing long lasting relationships based on trust.  To achieve this, Rain Link will do everything in its power to ensure that your privacy is maintained and protected. Information we collect will not, in any way, be shared with a third party either for free or by selling, unless you specifically authorize such disclosure.

Rain Link, Inc. Referral Program

To minimize our overhead cost by spending the least amount on advertising, we are able to keep our pricing competitive.  Therefore we depend significantly on customers to refer their family, friends, neighbors, etc.  For each referral that generates a new installation contract, we will provide the referring customer with (1) one Annual Maintenance Program.  Refer to our Preferred Maintenance Program for details and applicable rules.
